《一 封 创 始 人 的 信》

尊敬的全球同仁、未来的数字公民们：

见信好。

我是张洪全，一名生于1968年的普通中国人。在写下这些文字时，我的面前并非商业计划书，而是一串念珠，与一颗无比坚定却又充满敬畏的心。

一切始于我自幼皈依的佛学信仰。佛说"众生平等"，教导我们"慈悲喜舍"。然而，在我过去数十年的生涯中，我亲眼见证了一个日益割裂的数字世界：技术本应连接人心，却筑起了新的高墙；信息本应启迪智慧，却成为了焦虑与对立的源泉。这与我内心深信不疑的"无缘大慈，同体大悲"产生了深深的共鸣。

一年前，我与道教的星斗风水相遇，这让我对"连接"有了更深的理解——天地万物，星辰流转，无不在一个宏大而精妙的体系中相互依存、彼此影响。这让我顿悟：我们所在的数字空间，又何尝不应是一个平衡、和谐、滋养众生的能量场？

于是，一个念头在我心中变得无比清晰：数字空间，不应该是又一个被欲望和资本垄断的战场，它理应成为一个让善意流动、让文化交融、让每一个灵魂都能得到尊重与滋养的乐土。

正是这份信念，让我与手中这份独特的资产——567枚".中国"国家顶级域名——结下了不解之缘。它们在我眼中，早已超越了资产的范畴。它们是数字时代的法器，是连接中国与世界的数字丝绸之路，是我们在虚拟空间中践行"天下为公"理想的战略基石。

不久前，我在家中佛堂，于观世音菩萨座前郑重发愿：我将尽我余生之力，以及我所拥有的这些数字基石，去构建一个名为"数字世界"的全新空间。它不属于我个人，它属于所有渴望真诚、平等与连接的全球同胞。

我们的使命，朴素而坚定：在数字时代，践行"为全世界人民服务"的理想。

这绝非一句空话。它意味着：

• 我们将用这567个域名，为全球197个国家与36个地区搭建专属的、平等的数字门户。

• 我们将建立一个开放、透明的全球社区，让每一位参与者都能用自己的才华与善意，在此获得回报与荣誉。

• 我们将坚守"善良为本、平等为基、开放为径、连接为魂"的原则，让科技闪耀人性的光芒。

这份事业，于我而言，已不再是一项工作或创业。它是我个人生命的修行，是我向这个时代提交的一份源自东方智慧的"中国方案"。

前路必然漫长，挑战可想而知。但我深信，因果不空，愿力无穷。我同样深信，在全球的各个角落，有无数与您一样心怀善念、向往美好的同道之人。

我们已铺就铁轨，备好舟船。这艘驶向未来的般若之舟，需要每一位船员的智慧与力量。

在此，我，张洪全，诚挚地邀请您，一同登船。

A Letter from the Founder

To my global colleagues and future digital citizens,

Greetings.

I am Zhang Hongquan, an ordinary Chinese man born in 1968. As I write these words, it is not a business plan before me, but a string of prayer beads, and a heart filled with unwavering determination and profound reverence.

Everything begins with my lifelong devotion to Buddhist teachings. The Buddha taught that "all sentient beings are equal," and guided us to practice compassion, joy, and equanimity. Yet, over the past decades, I have witnessed with my own eyes a digital world growing increasingly divided: technology that should connect hearts instead builds new walls; information that should enlighten the mind instead becomes a source of anxiety and conflict. This stands in deep contrast to the core Buddhist principles of "great compassion without condition" and "seeing all beings as one with oneself."

A year ago, my encounter with Daoist star and feng shui philosophy deepened my understanding of "connection"—all things between heaven and earth, the turning of the stars, all exist within a vast and intricate system of interdependence and mutual influence. It dawned on me: should not our digital space also be such an energy field—balanced, harmonious, and nurturing to all?

Thus, a conviction became crystal clear in my heart: Digital space should not become another battlefield monopolized by desire and capital. It deserves to be a fertile ground where goodwill flows, cultures blend, and every soul receives respect and nourishment.

It was this very belief that led me to a unique treasure: 567 national top-level domain names—" .中国 " (".China"). In my eyes, they have long transcended the category of mere assets. They are the sacred instruments of the digital age, a Digital Silk Road connecting China and the world, and the strategic cornerstone for realizing the ideal of "the world belongs to all" in the virtual realm.

Not long ago, in the Buddha hall of my home, before the statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva, I made a solemn vow: I will dedicate the remainder of my life, and these digital foundations I hold, to building a new space named "Digital World." It does not belong to me personally; it belongs to all global citizens who yearn for sincerity, equality, and genuine connection.

Our mission is simple yet firm: To fulfill the ideal of 'serving all the people of the world' in the digital age.

This is by no means an empty slogan. It means:

• We will use these 567 domains to build dedicated and equal digital portals for 197 countries and 36 regions worldwide.

• We will establish an open and transparent global community where every participant can contribute their talent and goodwill, and in return, receive recognition and honor.

• We will steadfastly uphold the principles of "Goodness as our foundation, Equality as our basis, Openness as our path, and Connection as our spirit," ensuring that technology shines with the light of humanity.

This undertaking, for me, is no longer merely a job or a venture. It is the practice of my personal life's cultivation, a "Chinese Solution" I offer to this era, drawn from the wellspring of Eastern wisdom.

The road ahead will undoubtedly be long, and the challenges foreseeable. Yet, I profoundly believe that karma is real, and the power of vow is limitless. I equally believe that in every corner of the globe, there are countless kindred spirits like you, who share this goodwill and aspire to a brighter future.

The tracks are laid, the ship is ready. This Prajna vessel, sailing towards the future, requires the wisdom and strength of every crew member.
